We spent months researching common dietary gaps and decided to include only magnesium in our formula because it's often lacking in men's diets. We chose not to include calcium, as too much supplementation can have downsides, and it’s important to manage its intake carefully. Most people get enough calcium through their diet, but Vitamin D deficiency can hinder absorption, which is what we aim to address. Additionally, calcium can interfere with iron absorption and should be taken at different times of the day. We also excluded iron due to safety concerns, as accidental overdose can be dangerous, particularly for young children. Our vitamins are designed to support a balanced diet and offer a safe, trustworthy option for the whole family!
