What to do if my order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received?Updated 3 hours ago

We understand how frustrating it can be if your order doesn't arrive on time or is marked as delivered but hasn't shown up. Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Sometimes, packages can be marked as delivered prematurely. Give it a couple more days, as it might show up at your doorstep soon.
  2. Reach out to your family members or neighbors to see if someone accepted the delivery on your behalf.
  3. Just to be sure, confirm your mailing address with us. We'll double-check our records to ensure everything's correct.
  4. Keep an eye on the tracking link we provided for any updates or changes to your delivery status.
  5. If there are delays due to customs or other external factors, please bear with us. For US orders, we suggest waiting around 15 business days; for international orders, about 21 business days from the shipping date. Delays happen, and we're doing our best to get it to you on time!
